1. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product information, specifications, and prices accurately. However:

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Stock availability and pricing must be confirmed before purchase.
• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary in colour or texture.
• Wax-treated laminate is water-resistant, not waterproof. Rigid SPC boards have waterproof cores, but an entire floor installation is not a waterproofing system.

2. Orders and Quotes

Placing an order or requesting a quote does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm stock availability and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

We accept payment via PayFast, EFT, and card. Payment must be received and cleared before goods are dispatched. For quotes, pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation and is subject to stock availability.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and stock availability. Delivery and independent installer availability must be confirmed for each address. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Any defects or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the nature of flooring products, returns of opened or cut stock may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Installation

We supply flooring materials directly to the public. Where installation services are mentioned or arranged, these are performed by independent installers. We are not responsible for the quality or outcome of installation work performed by third parties. We recommend verifying installer credentials and warranties independently.

7. Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Warranty details are listed on individual product pages where applicable. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of FlooringXpress (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, FlooringXpress (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
